ASBAS Success Story – Michelle Taylor

Michelle’s story of adding new digital skills to her portfolio as a result of an ASBAS Digital Solutions 1:1 session with Darwin advisor Dante St James has been nominated as a national success story for the ASBAS Digital Solutions program.

The Commonwealth, represented by AusIndustry, chose Michelle’s story as being representative of a small business that made use of the program to go ahead and implement real and lasting changes to their business.

Michelle sought advice on upskilling herself to use video as a form of presenting personal and professional development workshops to frontline health workers in the Northern Territory’s largest public hospital. Whilst the health care workers were happy to have Michelle on-site, she thought it was best to deliver the materials via video due to a combination of not wanting to potentially bring outside infections to this team – and the reality of frontline health workers being spread across many shifts over many days.

With the advice received during Michelle’s session with Dante, she was able to invest in equipment and software that was done at a very low cost, and was able to produce the material to be successfully delivered to our Territory frontline health workers.

Congratulations Michelle, on behalf of ASBAS Digital Solutions Team and Treeti Business Consulting, we are very proud of you. And a big thank you for supporting our frontline health care employees.
