Create (or update) your business plan… on a page

Create (or update) your business plan … on a page – Hands-on workshops with the EFS program.

~ Proudly supported by Chamber of Commerce NT ~

Are you looking to start (or refresh) your business plan?

Planning is key to success, so here’s your opportunity to start (review, or update) your business model canvas – your BMC. Join these hands-on sessions to take a deeper dive into your ideas and work through the practicalities of your business operations (how you’ll do it), marketing (why you’ll do it) and finances (what it costs).

Hear from guest businesses that have used the BMC to help them progress and focus their business activity.

The BMC workshops in the series supported by the Chamber of Commerce NT are stand alone, so feel to join this last session in the series even if you missed the first two.

Thursday 24 September 2020 – 2:30pm to 4pm – Developing Key partners, Key Activities and Cost Structure (Register here)

Megan Holzfeind, one of our Darwin-based Entrepreneurship Facilitators, will lead attendees in an introduction to the business model canvas – a tool for creating your business plan on a page.

Megan Holzfeind is also General Manager at Treeti Business Consulting, the 2019 Northern Territory ICT Business of the Year. In conjunction with Territory digital thought leaders and other programs like Be.Connected, Digital Springboard and Stay Smart Online, Treeti is proactive in its approach to supporting entrepreneurs and businesses in the NT and across Australia.

This session will be hosted via Zoom.

Whether you have a business idea, you want to get your business off the ground or you’re looking for some help to improve your business, Megan Holzfeind and Christine Smith, the local Entrepreneurship Facilitators, may be able to help you.

Entrepreneurship Facilitators provide a free service funded by the Australian Government to encourage people to start their own business. Running your own business is a great way to create your own job.
