Messaging has become a powerful tool for small businesses. We’ve also seen that people are more likely to shop with a business they can message directly and people would rather message than call customer service. Additionally, people say that messaging a business makes them feel more personally connected to the brand.
In this 1 hour webinar with Facebook Blueprint Lead Trainer, Dante St James, you will learn:
why Messenger is vital for businesses to take advantage of
the different messaging solutions Facebook offers your business
how to craft your Messenger marketing strategy reporting and insights
Then we’ll swing around to WhatsApp, where you will learn:
why it’s important for businesses to take advantage of WhatsApp
the different ways you can use the WhatsApp Business App to connect with your customers
to incorporate Ads that click to WhatsApp into your marketing funnel
This workshop is brought to you by Business Station and AusIndustry under the ASBAS Digital Solutions Program
