Customers are engaging with multiple forms of communication online, whether that is watching videos, listening to podcasts, connecting with friends and family over chat or discovering new brands on social media.
As you market your business, you want to be where your customers are, reaching them on the platforms they use most. When you select the right social media channels, you can focus your attention and resources where they will have the most impact.
In an age of multiple channels and forms of entertainment and communication, it’s important for you to concentrate on the channels where your target audience are spending their time.
In this session from Facebook, you will learn:
1- How social media channels differ.
2- Why it’s important to choose the right social media channels for your business.
3- How to create a social media map for your business.
