2020 will not simply be remembered for face masks. It will be remembered as a year when the world was suddenly awoken to its problems with race, diversity, and inclusion. And while this was played out mostly in other countries in different circumstances, Australia is far from immune.

How we, as small businesses conduct ourselves, market ourselves and present our products, is often a result of our own individual upbringing. We create products to suit people just like us, we market them using photos of people just like us. And the language we often use is made to match people just like us. So how do we bake inclusion into our businesses?

In this 1-hour webinar full of actionable tips, you will come away with an understanding of:

Examples given will include inclusion based upon race, indigenous status, LGBTIQA+ identification, gender-identification, socio-economic position, religious affiliation, and age.

He is also a Training Partner for Google’s Digital Springboard, the Australian Government’s BeConnected program and the Australian Cyber Security Centre’s Stay Safe Online program.
