Whether accessing MS Outlook on the web or on desktop, this dive into the world’s favourite email program will have you working like a pro.

Microsoft’s Outlook email program is both the most used and most misunderstood of all email systems. While you may have had it at a previous job, the version you’ve got on your own computer looks and works completely differently.

That’s because there is more than one version floating around out there. And as the system has evolved, new features have been added to the point where Outlook is your companion on the desktop, the tablet and on your phone.

In this webinar, you will learn:

the key parts of Outlook (mail, calendar, tasks, contacts and notes)
how you can use Outlook to create reminders, appointments and bookings
how to add your custom email address to Outlook
how to use the web version of Outlook
how to use the Outlook app on your phone
how to organise your emails so you don’t lose them
This workshop is brought to you by Business Station and AusIndustry under the ASBAS Digital Solutions Program
