Ask yourself:

  1. Could I use more customers that actually understand what I do?
  2. Could I be more clear in the messages that they see about me?
  3. Are people confused about what I actually do or sell?
  4. Has what I’ve tried so far failed to work?
  5. The Customer Story framework is a simple, but wildly effective way to transform confused consumers into spending customers, and sluggish businesses into sharp, focused promotional and sales machines.

In this online workshop you will learn:

  1. How Star Wars & Eat, Pray, Love relate to where your customers are coming from
  2. How to define your role in matching customers to what you do
  3. How to alleviate a customer’s fear of failure or “buyers remorse”
  4. How to match your products or services to what success looks like to customers
  5. How to complete the marketing and sales process so that customers become fans

All attendees will receive a free workbook to use during the session as well as a guide to how to implement the Customer Story framework in their own business.
