The Stronger Associations Program – Stream 3, delivered by TREETI Business Consulting, provides practical governance training for Northern Territory incorporated associations from August 2026 to May 2028. Through a series of accessible online workshops, participants will build the knowledge and confidence needed to meet their legal obligations, strengthen governance practices, and support effective organisational leadership. Training covers essential topics including association governance, constitutions, financial oversight, compliance, strategic planning, and legislative updates. Designed for committee members, office bearers, and association members, the program equips participants with practical skills and resources to improve the sustainability and effectiveness of their organisations across the Northern Territory.
