Julie Overell, is an entrepreneur and successful business woman with qualifications and experience as a Health & Weight Management Practitioner. Julie is committed to supporting Territorians to achieve their healthy lifestyle goals. Operating out of Humpty Doo, Julie recently launched her Weight Wrestlers Club, a weekly group clinic that combines personalised weight management consultations with practical support. Her focus is a healthy & balanced program that works, based on The Australian Dietary Guidelines for nutritious food & physical activity.

A regular participant in EFS workshops and 1:1 sessions, Julie has applied the tools and insights she’s gained to pivoting her business. She’s worked through ideas, gained new skills and seen her business grow during difficult times.
