Who can help me with my business during COVID-19?

Whilst we may be in overwhelm with the daily updates on the Coronavirus pandemic; from health, to
schools, toilet paper to lockdown, the direction on where to start, how to gain assistance and how to be
agile on the business front can be the tipping point.

At Treeti Business Consulting our aim is to assist businesses to navigate through these uncertain times.
Which leads us to the recently created process, which allows us to be able to offer help, support,
direction and for many businesses the ability to take action.

Through this approach we have developed W.A.S.A, our four-step, point of contact tool that we use
when talking to clients. The four steps are Wellbeing, Active Listening, Safety Net and Action. Through
this tool we can navigate the concerns, provide practical assistance and direct businesses to the action’s
they can take around the assistance packages that the government is providing.

It is through our ‘Crisis Call Campaign’ launching this Easter weekend that we are able to assist
businesses nationally with their business positioning. This is a vital time, not just to navigate the impact
of COVID-19, has and is having on the business community but also on adjusting to the current times to
ensure the business continues to trade. This need to pivot and be agile during such time’s is often the
key to future success.

A prime example of this is whilst previously we have experienced most transactions, face to face,
weather it be a meeting, workshop or event. However with the current social distancing rules we are
dealing with a strong push to go digital. This has meant many businesses who have perhaps been able to
avoid the need to have an online presence are simply forced too. It is the agility to adapt the businesses
to make the best of this situation that see’s many of our clients go from overwhelm to feeling in power
during this crisis.

Through our 1800 595 165 hotline, we are wanting to help the business community and to alleviate
some of the overwhelm that can be felt when navigating the different types of assistance that is
available. With new information becoming available weekly we have a dedicated team working on
making this information as user friendly as possible. For any assistance, please do not hesitate to call.
